My client is looking for a multi-skilled maintenance engineer to join the team at their manufacturing site in Castleford. A family-run independent business, be part of a lively and welcoming atmosphere.
As the successful applicant, you’ll have previous experience as a maintenance engineer in a manufacturing environment. Qualifications either mechanical or electrical are beneficial provided a strong overall skillset is there. You must be comfortable working with 3-phase electrics and have a knowledge of fault finding on PLCs.
The role will be a mixture of PPMs and reactive maintenance on some industry-specific bespoke machinery. A steady role, the position will be good for someone who appreciates a structured workplace with reactive breakdowns to a minimum.
Experience Required
- Previous experience in maintenance work is essential.
- Some formal qualification in engineering maintenance either mechanical or electrical is desired but not essential. Skillset overall is the preference.
