Days (7am – 3pm // 8am – 4pm) – Flexible

We are looking for a maintenance supervisor to lead a team of 5 shift engineers at our brand new fully automated facility based in Coventry. As a business we are fully operational across nearly 100 countries worldwide in 6 continents and will employ nearly 10,000 new employees at the Coventry facility alone.

Last year our revenue exceeded £15 million and we have continued plans to grow and expand into market leaders in our industry.

This role will suit an ambitious and hungry maintenance team leader/supervisor who will have the opportunity to make a real impact on the site in its infancy and be part of an exciting new project on a site in excess of 600,000 sq ft. The role will be largely still a hands on role as well as some administrative/delegative duties 80:20 hands on vs hands off ratio.

Experience required
 

• Prior experience as a maintenance team leader / maintenance supervisor would be highly beneficial
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an industrial maintenance engineer
• Experience maintaining and repairing conveyors would be highly beneficial
• PLC fault finding abilities preferred
• Willing attitude to get stuck in
