£44,646 – £48,646 (Top End Salary Achievable after 3-6 months)
Days – 6am – 3pm

We are looking for an experienced maintenance team leader to join a new maintenance division at one of our two manufacturing sites in Coventry with a third brand new site opening up this year. As a company we have annual turnover of around £70m and now due to increased production and demand,.

As the successful applicant you’ll have responsibility for a team of 4 engineers initially with scope to grow this team further in the future as production and demand continues to increase.

The role will be a mixture of overseeing in a supervisory capacity and hands on maintenance of hydraulics, pneumatics, 5 axis CNC machines, spray booths, presses, conveyors amongst other smaller machinery. Our new site houses a wide range of CNC machinery, a working knowledge of 3 and 5 axis CNCs would be beneficial.

Experience Required
 

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a maintenance engineer in an industrial environment.
• Previous experience as a maintenance team leader / maintenance supervisor is not essential but would be beneficial
• Some formal qualification in engineering maintenance would be beneficial but is not deal breaking, experience is more of a priority.
