Maintenance Manager
Up to £65,000
Rugby, Warwickshire
Days (9am – 5:30pm)

Our clients engineering team is in excess of 60 engineers, the successful applicant will be responsible for 3 the maintenance team across a number of fast moving production lines.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Maintaining PM schedule (Via Sap)
- Reducing plant downtime and enhancing operational effienciency
- Identifying needs for further training and support
- Contractor management, work permits etc
- Some budgetary control over projects, implemented whilst also adhering to health and safety regulations
The Successful Applicant
- Prior Maintenance or Engineering management experience of at least 5 years
- Qualified to a minimum NVQ Level 3 in a maintenance discipline
- Prior experience within a food/FMCG environment preferable
