The Company
My client is a leading manufacturer of bespoke temperature-controlled solutions nationally.
Due to business growth, they are now looking to add an experienced Administrator to their busy team.
This is a part time role where you will work 6 hours a day Monday- Thursday, they are flexible with start and finish times.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Collate timesheets
- Collection of finished production items
- Taking minutes and typing up meetings
- Issuing production paperwork
- Printing order acknowledgements, filing and distributing
- Distribution of packing lists
- General admin
- Purchase order documents
- Chasing customers
Candidate Skills
Our client is looking for someone who has attention to detail, creative and is open to learn new skills within the job.
Ideally worked in a factory, production, and manufacturing environment before, however this isn’t essential.
Knowledge working with Excel/Microsoft, well organised and creative.
