Rewards Manager (Europe) Full Time Permanent

Job Title: Rewards Manager (Europe)
Location: Flexible / Hybrid (anywhere in Europe) 
Reports to: European HR Director
£70,000 plus bonus

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Rewards Manager for Europe to lead the design, implementation and optimisation of Total Rewards initiatives across the region. This strategic role will focus on creating competitive compensation and benefits that align with the company’s global Total Rewards philosophy while addressing regional needs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, expertise in compensation strategy and a hands-on approach to driving Total Rewards projects across multiple European countries.

Reporting into the European HR Director, you will be responsible for the following:

• Designing and implementing Total Rewards solutions in line with company philosophy and strategy
• Develop, review and implement pay and reward initiatives
• Define compensation structure
• Benchmarking research and HCM reporting using HRIS
• Presenting data to HR colleagues and business
• Coaching, training and advising HRBP’s and business leaders on rewards programmes
