As a Sales Administrator, you will be an important part of the Sales department and have the responsibility of being the first point of call for all client’s queries and quotation requests. A big part of this role will be liaising with different departments to move requests and queries onto the correct department to allow the client to be best assisted and have the best customer service/sales experience. The right candidate for the role will need to have strong communication skills and the natural ability to build strong relationships with customers. The successful candidate will need to have an interest in Sales and possess a proactive approach to work.
