Sales Office Manager
I’m working for one of the best employers in Leicestershire. A business i have worked closely myself with for 5 years, placed over 20 people of which 90% are still there.
Do you have experience managing a range of staff from Administration to a high volume sales team?
You’ll be monitoring the day to day activities of the team and working closely with other areas in the business, namely external sales and the production team to ensure everyone is on the same page.
This is managing more than 10 people across 3/4 different job roles, from quotations to new business there’s a good mix. You’ll need to be confident dealing with different personalities and balancing the role. A strong people manager is absolutely key.
You’ll get involved with HR, training, H&S, CRM work and a wide range of jobs.
