Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients, promoting our healthcare staffing solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying their needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
• Provide accurate information about our services and address any client queries.
• Update and manage client information in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with the wider sales team to achieve overall company goals.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or a similar sales role.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• A proactive and results-driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer proficiency.
• Experience in the healthcare or staffing industry is a plus but not essential.
