The Company:
We are recruiting for one of the UK’s largest fresh food manufactures based in Knaresborough.
The Role:
We are looking for a multi skilled maintenance engineer with an electrical bias to join this market leader to further strengthen the maintenance team.
The role will include planned and reactive maintenance on several production equipment on the site.
They are looking for a good team player who can fit seamlessly into the maintenance team.
Experience Required for the successful Maintenance Engineer:

Qualifications to NVQ level 3 (or equivalent, ONC mechanical/electrical engineering, BTEC level 3 in mechanical & electrical/electronic engineering) or time served

Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems used in food industry

Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery, including conveyors, motors, pumps, and packaging equipment

Excellent communication skills & a can do attitude and strong work ethic

Lives within a commutable distance of Knaresborough
