Recruitment Support for Merchants: Our Offering Expands.

With Natalie Chapman and Adam Dolman at the helm of our team, our building products division has gone from strength to strength. As a result, we’ve been able to diversify the support that we offer the industry. Uncovering new avenues of success and ways of giving back.  

Now, we have another exciting development for our Building Products team! 

This week we welcomed Sallie Palmer to the team. She joins us with over 8 years of experience working in the construction market. Before joining recruitment Sallie worked in Area Sales and Key Account Management roles for Pavestone and Marshalls. She has spent years working with merchants, distributors and contractors within the paving sector of the industry. Helping them to find the right solution to their needs. As a result, she’s really developed a thorough understanding of how merchants work. 

As an agency that operates in this niche sector, Sallie joining the team will really bolster our existing offering. We’ve already partnered with many suppliers, so Sallie will able to expand our services within the merchant side of things.  In terms of what roles she’ll cover, the easiest way to describe this is any role found in a branch. From Trade Counter through to Area Sales Managers. Sallie will be able to support merchants, and suppliers, with any of their office-based recruitment.
