Training, Development and Onboarding Manager Joins The Team! 

Welcome to the start of a new chapter at Stirling Warrington! After such success with team growth last year, we’re thrilled to share our journey of expansion and the fresh initiatives set in motion to sustain this growth. 

We’re delighted to introduce Kish Limbachya, our Training, Development and Onboarding Manager. Kish’s role is pivotal in scouting for talent and meticulously guiding our newest team members. With a keen eye for potential and a passion for development, Kish embodies our ethos: ‘Specialists in Recruiting Specialists‘.

What is a Training, Development and Onboarding Manager? 

Kish has joined Stirling Warrington to hire, train, develop and onboard new recruiters onto the team. After over a decade in recruitment, Kish has decided to take his career in the direction of a Learning and Development path. And focusing on Engineering and Technical Recruitment – being an industry he knows like the back of his hand.
